In the days and weeks after your baby arrives I’m here to help you transition into parenthood, providing emotional support and practical assistance as you adjust to your new life. You may require some extra help once baby is here, perhaps to support your recovery, your family's adjustment or your baby's feeding and care needs. At your welcome consultation call we will create a postnatal plan for you, so that you are clear on what your goals are and how we are going to achieve them. During your postnatal support period I will help you adapt to your new life and access support networks and resources as needed. Whether it’s offering guidance on infant care, helping with breastfeeding, assisting with household tasks, providing you with complimentary therapies or simply being a listening ear, my goal is to ensure you and your loved ones feel nurtured and confident. Together, we’ll create a restful and comforting environment that allows you to enjoy this special time. Text, video and phone support is also included, so you can feel held even when I’m not there.
